Hey guys, first time posting in your area...

Looking into visiting Hawaii and I haven't been there in a very long time. Last time I was there, we visited some place called the sacred falls, but I've read that its now closed due to a landslide and people dying. Apparently you can be arressted for trespassing now....so my question is - Is that a warning or a guarantee? I have old memories of the place and i'm dying to go there again. Any input?

Thanks a bunch, from the Bay area.

yes it's a guarantee that you'll be arrested. the people that live close by are security and if they see anyone, they will call the cops. that is what i've been hearing...

no one goes to either place (stairway to heaven or to sacred falls) due to it's residence keeping watch. since people that go to those places are trespassing on their property to get there so of course you'll get cause and it's not a threat as stated before.
