i'm an advid super street reader, like a lot of people here, but i was simply amazed when one day i saw a picture of a white wrx, photoshoped into a cartoon promoting wilwood brake system. well i don't know, you be the judge and tell me if its the same car

i'm not exactly proud of getting into superstreet in a cheesy photoshoped advertisement, i'm looking into taking some action with these guys

 

well as it looks exactly like your car you cannot prove beyond a doubt that it's YOUR car that they are using. granted though it DOES look like your car and the lighting of the car is exactly the same... how would they get your picture?

on second look: thats definitly your car....few things here and there...they did a good job on the PS, but its definily ur ride.

that is a very close match, it just could be the same. there is still a possibility of a total coincidence with someone elses car..

 

haha, i was reading maxim, and I saw a guy who saw a picture of a chick on one page, then a pic again on one of the next few pages, and one had a tat, the other didn't.....too much free time!

 

it looks similar, but just because its a white bugeye with JDM lights, CF hood, and a FMIC, it doesnt mean its the exact same car. but a 1000 monkies in 1000 rooms with 1000 typewriters, and one of them is gonna write War and Peace, while 999 will write "ioeguhtrwtgrergwgggggggggggggggg"

 

the treeline reflection on the top of the CF sti plate outside of the driverside headlight on the fender looks exactly the same in both pictures. hmmm... b

That's true... But seriously, you want to sue (I'm assuming this is what you mean when you say take action)? Somebody's bound to have the same setup as you, I'm sure there are a number of white wrx's that look exactly like yours. And even if they did use your picture, which it looks like they did, there are minute differences, for example no pink sti badge, foglights instead of big white "STI," and other little things that make their car different from yours. It's like in movies or commercials where they debadge the cars so nobody can see what brand it is, although it's still obvious what kind of car it is.
