Was the photoshoot a sponsored photoshoot? Becuase if it was, chances are those photos are copyrighted.

Either way it's pretty sad a major parts maker would just "hop" on the net and grab a picture of someone's car and use it in their ad.

I would definately talk to a lawyer and see what they say.
