The TD05 might spool faster but the FP Green is bigger and will probably make more power. This topic has been discussed in many previous threads. If you do a search you will find tons of information.

Yeah, try out the search and see what comes up. I'd go with the FP Red though personally.

Don't go with anything less than a green - you will be disapointed with the power and you won't get much more than your stock turbo. I think the green is a perfect size to maintain near stock drivability with the extra kick in the pants to destroy your rich neighbor with the 911...

That said, I drive an 05 STI with a FP Red. I am putting down 360 to the wheels and 339 ftlbs - on a Mustang Dyno. This totaly changed the power curve - it pulls straight to redline. Oh, Im running 20.5 lbs of boost on stock internals. Let me know if you have questions about the good and bad of this set up.

The FP Red will flow enough air to support 500 or more whp. I would highly recomend a fully built engine and race gas to go along with it for this kind of power but it does show the Red's vercitility. Good drivability at lower 300 to 400 whp and good top end.

Hey, on your FP Red, did you have to remove the tgv's, or notch the tranny in anyway. i want to upgrade from my FP Green.

Na, no fabwork necessary. Bolt on + tuning.
