since living in hawaii we are at loss for awd dyno, so cobb is the only route, but is it possible to put the vf34 on the usdm 04-05 sti motor...i know it bolts right up, but how will it affect the motor? and thoughts on this?

 

stock motor can handle it, but you will need tuning.

 

isnt the 39 and 34 identical expect for the xhaust side of the turbos, so wouldnt manifold pressure be almost the same?

 

not worth replacing the vf39 with a vf34. Just stay stage 2 if there are no dyno's or find someone to street tune and go bigger.

 

If you changed to a VF-34 you would get more low end grunt, less top end. . . . get a FP Green
