STi's come with VF39's not TD05's ( just letting you know )

Id suggest you do some research first before just buying a turbo and trying to bolt it on, there are a few more things that you need to buy beforehand and then the car needs to be tuned. GL

since you have a bugeye, if you want to get an sti vf39 or 34 then you will also need to get fuel pump, fuel injectors, cobb accessport and a turboback exhaust. at least that is what i will recommend doing if you wanna get the turbo and the supporting mods.

check out a Cobb Accessport first

cobbtuning.com

then if u want to be faster, look at stage 2.

this consists of
up pipe
downpipe
catback exhaust
tune via a tuner ie: DBtuned, GST...

if u want to do a turbo upgrade u will need the above plus..

fuel pump
injectors
turbo
intercooler

vf39s are known for cracking yes... I've heard of people welding the cracks. I've also heard that the cracks aren't known for hurting performance.
