do i need a bov for the ihi vf34?

i'm getting a vf 34 upgrade and was wondering if i needed an aftermarket bov for it? if i got one, would i run into similar problems as that which people face using bovs in stock turbos?

From what I've read before, is you will need the BOV when boosting over 20-22psi. Correct me if I'm wrong.

the bov problems we all face is because of th MAF sensor not the turbo. If you plan on running under 17 psi off you new turbo then the stock valve wiil work fine. anything over that you should look into a hybrid valve.
