From what I've heard, they're much better than that failure of a tire known as the Parada Spec 1.
Probably the one thing you should consider is that they come in only very low-profile sizes...
Otherwise, I don't know much more. Try checking out Tire Rack for more info.

Dexter likes them....I'd buy the Kumho MX's or the Falken Azenis over the Parada's...

Something not right about putting a Korean Tire (Kumho) on a Japanese Car (Subaru)

Should follow Choku Dori's advice about looking at www.tirerack.com. The website has more feedback then anything else on tires.

I personally haven't put it (Yokohama Parada Spec 2) on, but I did decide to go with the Yokohama db2 All season tire. Im loving them. Though others may disagree.

There are a lot of advertisements for the Parada Spec 2 in car magazines however (Turbo, Import Tuner, Sports Compact Car, Access Magazine, etc). So Yokohama must really want ppl to put them in there cars since its heavily advertised. It might be a good tire as they advertise.

The tire thread looks pretty nice, thats my input. Functionality, I dunno

I've had these tires on my car for about a year now, 225/40/18. They were rather expensive, but they have excellent grip through twisties. Can't give you much feed back on life though, I only have 6,500 miles on the car.

I believe you're talking about the Parada Spec 1's that I mentioned earlier; they've been discontinued for awhile since they were such crappy tires.
BTW, if you want Kumho's, just be careful: their manufacturing quality is very inconsistent and the performance of each tire can vary greatly.

Paradas were for looks, Parada Spec 2s are for looks and performance. Don't let this tire's "tuner" popularity and looks discourage you. It handles better than any other ultra-high performance tire I've driven on.

People with the "something's not right..." policy tend to miss out on a lot of good tires.
