Well I'm getting these installed today in 225/50/16. These will be my winter tires, The snow traction wasn't as high as other tires I was looking at but the other performance numbers looked way better than my stock wheels. I plan on getting 17" wheels for summer driving here in the bay area. What are your ppls though on these tires? I searched and most ppl like yokohamas, so I'm feeling pretty good.

That's a great tire - about the same as RE92 in snow though. It's better than using a summer tire in the snow! Just test them in a snowy parking lot to find their limits and you'll learn how you can afford to drive in bad conditions.
