WRX winter tires/wheels?

I am looking at buying a set of tires and wheels (from T-rack) but would like to go with 15" wheels and taller tires. Projected size is 185/65-15. Question is will the 15" wheels fit on the WRX?
I am looking to narrow my tire contact patch and increase snow traction, fyi.
Thanks

Did this on my RS
I purchased a set of 195/65/15s (Yoko guardex 600) for my 2000 2.5 RS mounted on steels from Discount Tire Direct. They worked great, but they do not fit on the WRX due to the larger front rotor.
I ended up ordering a set of Hankook W404s and will get them mounted up today on the stock 16's. (205/55)
The Hankook's have a larger, stiffer lugs and deeper tread then both the Guardex and Blizzak (ws-50) so I'm expecting more noise but longer treadlife and better snow traction. I'll post my findings when I've had time to drive on them.
FYI the Yokohama's blow the doors off the Blizzak at about half the price. Both in terms of snow traction and treadwear.
Don't believe the Blizzak hype. They work, but so do other brands at much less cost.
Good luck.
