Question Winter Question, Dexter

I was planning on ordering (from Tirerack ) Pirelli Winter 210 Snowsports in 195/60-15 for my '00 Impreza L. But, in the past few days I've been strongly considering the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2s. The Pirellis rate really well, and get rave reviews for their performance in both dry and inclement conditions. The Michelins are brand new and they sound great, but don't yet have any ratings or reviews. Help me, Dex! What are the pros and cons, and which one should I go with? Thanks!

Sorry 'bout the delay. I've been impressed with Michelin's new tires and, though I haven't driven on them, I'd go PA2. I'm so happy with my PS2s that I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll post as soon as I get to take them on a spin.

I've been really happy w/ my Dunlop Wintersport M2's I got from Tirerack (That's a plug for you Dex). In the dry, they are as everybit good has RE-92's and I've driven them through a few snow blizzards in Tahoe and performed great.

I'm also considering the Michelin PA2s for trips to Lake Tahoe/Reno NV this winter.

I've ordered a set of Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2s from TireRack.com. There is also a $40 rebate from Tire Rack with the purchase of four new eligible Michelin® brand light truck or passenger winter tires between October 26, 2003 and December 31, 2003. The PA2s are eligible.
