I know tirerack doenst sell them but will ADR Demonya's fit on an 02 wrx or an 02rs?

Stock rims are 48mm offset and they are 6.5'' wide. These rims are 7.5'' wide, the offset gets smaller when the rims gets wider. Are you sure they wont fit? A few people on ebay are selling these type and claim that they fit wrx's, I just want to make sure...

 

Although a higher offset is prefered, the one in red will probably fit. I believe the OE wheels have an offset of 53-55mm. 51-49mm is the norm offset for 8in wide wheels & 48-45 is the norm for 7.5in wheels. OZ, Prodrive & SSR wheels for Subys in 7.5in widths are around 50mm, fyi.
