And do not forget the hub. 
Make sure the diameter is 56mm. If you buy it from Suby Dude, you will have no problems getting the right wheel that will fit.

I have the same setup..except with the subzero's and the hub/boltpattern/offset will all match...just make sure you are getting the 5x100 with 48mm offset
