The fitment of the 235 depends on camber. If your camber stayed at stock settings after lowering, it should fit without trouble. If camber has been corrected to keep tires flat at your lowered ride height, you can expect to roll the fenders. Also, the 235s require an 8" wide wheel.

Thumbs up 255/40 17

I guy was racing a stock STi with 255/40 17 kumho something or other on it at a auto cross and he had no problems at all.

The WRX SCCA winner guy said he was thinking about going up tp 275. Hes running 245/40 17 on 7.5 rims now. Thats what he told me!

So my 245/40 17 come in wednesday and ill tell you what happens. **** i would have gone with 255 if i had known they would fit. Well i guess rain traction will be shot to hell, thats not good. Ill see if its an acceptable compromise in a few weeks.

PS: 04 Silver STi, gold wheels!

255s are WAY tto wide for a 7.5in wheel. Go ahead & spend the big bucks for a set of 8.5 or 9in forged wheels for those tires!
