I rotated my tires yesterday (on my RS). A friend was test fitting some wheels to see if they fit over the 4 pots. I figured it was a good time to rotate the tires since I was 1/4 of the way there anyway. When I looked at my tires it seemed that the center had a bit of a dip to it. It can easily be seen. Now I don't think I have my tires pumped up too far but that's the way it looks I guess. When I went to the 17" rims and 215/45 series tires I was under the impression to avoid damaging the rim I'd have to increase the pressure a little over stock recommendations. I've added about 3 PSI-G over stock I may have to rethink this I guess. Anyone have any thoughts?

 

My summer tires are all about 3 lbs over and I haven't had any problems of unusual wear.
