Volk TE-37 recommendations?
I'm interested in getting a set of Volk TE-37's (bronze baby!
) and so I have a few questions:
1. What's a good size for stock suspension? 17x7.5? And what offset? I usually hear 53mm but I've read in Hyper Rev 48mm is better...
2. Any places with good pricing on them? How does $1600 for set of 4 w/o tires sound?
3. What's a good tire size to mate with them?
Thanks everyone!

if you had a choice between 48mm and 53mm...
48mm will look better but steering will pull
53mm will look a tad on the concervative side based on which
tire you choose, but steering will not pull as much.
your choice in tire size: 215/45/17 or 225/45/17
215/45/17 will be a tad conservative for the WRX, but will
lessen the steering pull even with the 48mm offset.
225/45/17 is the ideal size. i use Potenza S03's on a 50mm
offset SSR Comp wheel. the tire sidewall is stiff and therefore
made the steering pull on grooves of the road....but then
i got a MomoCorse steering wheel on the wrx a few days ago
and that too out this problem completely.

Hmmm jive... if I recall correctly, you have a blue sedan, Blitz Nur-Spec ex., EU plates right?
Yup I go to USF... small world yeah?
I usually give thumbs-up to almost all Imprezas, but esp. those around campus heh heh.
Hmm how come you're selling? Didn't like the aesthetic? Oh, and will 18's look silly w/ stock suspension -- I don't feel like fiddling much with my suspension (yet...)
Anyhow, thanks for letting me know. Hope to meet you sometime in the future, maybe at DCKK or somewhere. Or stop and chat next time if we run into each other at USF.

I ask because this wheel is at the tops of my list when I have the cash to pony up for new wheels...
