Question Volk F-Zero Daytona Speeds, will they fit the 04 STi?

I have been looking for some new wheels for my 04 STi.
these are the ones i like the best.

Volk F-Zero Daytona Speeds

Will these fit an 04STi?
Will they clear the brembos?
i know the bolt patterns will work, but how about the offset?
i would be getting them in 17" (or maayyyy be 18")

thanks

Thats a nice looking wheel. I think the STI offset is the same as the WRX and if it is you need +48-52mm offset.
