Track tire pressure

these pics are the rear tires at 35.5 psi cold. it shows that the inner third was picking up marbles and re-attaching them to the tire in a 3mm thick layer all the way around. this indicates that this portion of the tire was not contacting the road? so the tire was overinflated and riding on the center portion only? is this result of my alignment setup? who knows?

i should also mention that this was after 10-12 track days, so the wear on the tire was severe. the outer edges were toasted, but the car still handled well

you need more negative camber if the marbles are on the inner area of the tire

Sounds like your pressure was ok, but as Luke said you need more negative camber. I run 10 -12 track days a year and have -2.6 degrees in front and -1.5 in rear. Yeah it eats the daily driver tires but is great on the track. I also run toyo RA-1's. I start them at baout 35lbs and I feel they handle best at about 40lbs.
