Tire size questions.

So I've got myself a nice set of 17" x 7.5" Bronze Rota Attacks and I'm trying to decide which tires to buy from Tirerack. I'm looking at both the Sumitomo HTRZ II and the Yokohama AVS ES100.

Now I'm wondering if I should get 225/45-17 or 215/45-17 tires. After reading what I could I was leaning towards the 225/45-17. But I was thinking of replacing my stock springs with the Pro Eibach set in the near future.

I think I should be fine but does anyone think the extra tire width is going to cause me any complications once I change my springs? Any suggestions?

225 works best on both sedan and wagon with offset 48-52 on 7.5" wheels. If you're lowering with the ProKit (around 1"), there's no need to change the camber settings so the 225 recommendation stands. If you lower more or change camber, the 215's will be a safer fit on the wagon..

Yes, I have a sedan. 225s should be fine then. I thought so but thought I'd better post and get a response from someone with more experience than myself. Thanks!

So how does a 225/45/17 fit on a sedan with a 7" rim and a 48+ offset. Will still work with ebaich pro kit and do you recomend putting a 225/45 on a 7" rim?

Thanks
