will this be okay temporarily?

i plan on driving over to subydude to pick up a set of decent lug nuts, but I've been so damn busy. ..and i want to put my new bbs wheels on my wagon so badly.

think it'll be dangerous?

 

You're supposed to use stock lugnuts on the OEM BBS wheels. "Tuner" lugnuts are the wrong shape.
