i use one of those cheap straight narrow two-sided target car brushes and squeeze it thru the spokes to get as much as i can...and use a lot of soap and water. its funny how easily the grime comes off that part of the wheel but loves sticking to the groves and corners of the spokes. I wonder if the spray wheel cleaner would work on something like that...

1-put car on jack stands(pls. make sure its enough...JIC)
2-spray water on wheel
3-spray solution of 50/50 water/degreaser on wheel
4-wash from underneath
if you aren't that crazy...
do steps 2 and 3 then use a toothbrush...
thats how i do it-
IMO its really not worth it unless you are entering a car show.

First I get the wheel wet spray on some wheel cleaner then get my bucket of soapy water and a brush like the one mentioned above and clean the back side but you will have to move the car to get between the rim and the brake and I use a rag to clean the rest of the wheel and thats it...I use some Mag and wheel cleaner it is in the black spray bottle can't remember what brand but works really good..
