TireRack Should have something for you...

:EDIT: for an STi you want at least V if not a Z rated tire, so mark the RSAs off your list.

I'm sorry - what was the Q? You are asking for suggestions/advice, right?

Sorry...where will you be driving, will you be racing w/ these tires, if so what kind & how often, do you have a budget, if so what is it, is milage a huge concern...I think answering those Qs will help alot. But if I had to choose among those 3, I think I'd be inclined to go with the 512. If price is no object then get Pilot SportA/Ss if you are on a "after X-mas tire shopping" budget go for the 512s or Sumitomo HTR+s.

i got a set of the rota tarmacs 2 for the winter and im using nitto nt450 series tire same specs size wize as the factory tires. i chose these because i had em on my old wrx on some 17" oz superleggeras and i thought they did great in rain, snow, etc. so i just decided to stay with the nitto's. they are a bit noisey 45mph and up though.

from your concerns in your posts above i would suggest contiextremecontact. i got them for winter wheels because i wanted an all season just short of snows which were still quiet at high speed and were decent in the dry. the conti's have a very aggressive tread pattern for snow & rain and the impression i've gotten from ppl is that it would suit my needs.
