If you size the tires properly-the +1 principle-yes.Go to tire rack and type in your car, they will have listings for some 19" wheels. BUT WHY? If you just gotta have "THE LOOK", OK. But there is almost always(90%of the time) a performance and ride degradation. The weight and rotating mass of the wheel will slow your car and getting and aspect ratio that will allow the tire to fit, like a 19/30 or 19/35, will make your subie ride like a truck.Ok ,way more than it does now anyway.

Yes, they will fit just fine with the proper size tire and offset. Performance would be better with a 18 or 17. The Zero/Sports STI used to run a 19x9 for show, but with modifications for the extra width. Can look nice, but strictly for looks
