RPF1 18x8 +35 ?

hey guys i was wondering if anyone was rocking RPF1's in 18x8 +35 on a 04-05 wagon or similar. I am running sti pink springs right now but might consider getting coils or a lower spring when i go 18's. my questions are:

What size tires should i run?

would i have to roll the fender a lot?

For lowering a tad bit more im thinking like 1 finger gap would you get coils or springs?
(I dont track but i do some spirited driving and make it just a bit more easy to load my bike and the gf's bike when we go ride)
Thank you

How much do the STi pinks drop you from stock? The 18's should fit fine with a 235 x 40 tire at the most you might have to roll the rear fenders some.

too low for what?
You probably will have to roll the rears if you dont want to run a lot of camber in the rear. I wouldn't go bigger than a 235/40/18. To give you an idea I ran a 18x9+35 on my bugeye with 235/40/18 and i had to roll and do a slight pull i ran -1.5 degrees in the back too
