One's the LE37, the other's the TE37. I don't have reference in front of me right now, so I can't tell you which is which. Sorry. I'll try to get back to you on it unless someone else specifies first.
The CE28Ns should be quite lightweight considering that they're Volks afterall. I'm not sure about STi fitment since I'm a WRX driver.

Ok, both pics you have are both TE37s. TE37s come in bronze and white. LE37s (L)imited(E)dition 37s come in gold and silver. From looking at the pictures they are the same exact wheel. I think its just the lighting that makes them look different. Plus the center cap on the white one makes it look a little different. If you go on Nasioc there is a STi with TE37s in the gallery section. I think the ones he has are the 17X7.5 w/ +44 offset to fit around the brembos. CE28s are lighter then TE37s but not by much. Wait a few months and get the CE28NFs, they only come in 18".

CE28Ns will fit the 2004 STi, it is just essential that you order the right offset, since the STi Brembos are so large.

If you look on Ray's wheels website, they list the CE-28n in the 17x8 +44 as the size for the STi with the big brembo's.

http://rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/cgi/...odelName=CE28N

Look at the bottom and you will see this:

The marks in the size table match big caliper of IMPREZA (GDB).

a couple of sizes have that mark after it, including the 17x8 +44

No, the spokes going inward are pictures of rims with low offsets like seen on RWD cars like the Skyline and 350Z.
Aplications like the rims for our subarus with higher positve offsets look like the regular ones. All the "LE" means is it a Limited Edition color and/or finish of the standard wheel.
