It looks like your tire has a max pressure of 44psi, so I'd recommend 34-36 for street performance and start at 36-38 on track day. If you're plagued by understeer, do a few lbs. more on the front to counteract it. As with anything in racing, experimentation is key.

Write down your results with certain psi configs - it does help. Keep your temperatures as well (if you have or can borrow a pyrometer). This will help you understand each tire's role in keeping your car on the track and will help you with "tweaking" adjustments like camber, dampening, sway settings, and the like.

Don't be afraid to go higher also. 44 psi is the max COLD pressure, so after a run it could be around 48 - the manufacturer knows that. If you're funning 38/36 now, maybe start with 40/38 as an experiment and record your results.
