Hi there. I am excited because my Prodrive P1's just came in and I noticed that 4 purple rings came with the wheels. I didn't put them on because the wheels seemed to fit my 02 WRX wagon better without the rings. Does anyone know if it's necessary to put those rings on?

Also, I am using McGuard lugs on these P1's. Are there any issues with the McGuards?

i believe theyre your hub rings.

 

So what are they for? Are they for non-subaru cars? If I put the rings on, the fitment seems to be worse, so I took the rings out and just put the wheels on the car. Will this cause any issues?

Just found out for sure that Suby owners don't need those rings as the Prodrives are hub centric to our cars, so no need for those rings.
