No Michelangelo Here....
As a lot of us Sooby guys do....I decided to paint my wheels this weekend. I also painted my hood scoop (i'm buying a larger sti one anyhow)
Materials:
Sand block 320
Duplicolor Wheel Paint (graphite)
Duplicolor Wheel Clearcoat
Acetone
Masking Tape
Plastic
Procedure:
Prep:
Clean, scuff up, clean, acetone
Paint:
first layer (light), wait 10, second layer, wait 10, rinse & repeat....
I figured that it couldn't be too hard...I used to spray bed liners for trucks
Apparently, I needed to be an apprentice a bit longer....
I think the humidity (Florida) caused the problem but the one wheel I painted and the hood scoop are uneven as hell, and looks like little tiny beads all over....
Help!
Suggestions?
how to fix...?

You are correct, the humidity was a problem and there is no solution. Wait until the winter, or find someone with an air-conditioned garage or warehouse to do your painting. The paint is water-based and will react that way to a high-humidity environment. The auto paint I've used recommended 30% or less humidity for painting.
The only solution is to re-sand it again, you can't repair a bubbled surface.
Also, use primer. "Primer sticks to the surface, paint sticks to primer."
