You need to have a the road force variation tested. You can balance a square tire/wheel, but it won't ride too smooth. Check out this link to find a location with the Hunter GSP9700 balance/road force variation machine. They'll be able to tell you if it's the tire or the wheel, and they can even possibly fix the problem by switching tires and wheels around.

abzurd - Did you buy through Discount Tire? I did and had a similar problem. A Les Schwab told me two were out of round, took 'em back to the DT and they said they were all fine. Both shops road forced all 4. Now I just had a brake inspection done and the fronts need to be replaced, this could've been causing my vibes. We'll see how everything is after the brakes are replaced. BTW, ~1200 miles on the Conti's so far.

beatiful wheels by the way!!! Just out of curiosity.. are they hubcentric?

By the way, I have no issues with my Contiextremecontacts... Conti's are on a lot of Mercedes and european vehicles that ride Silky smooooooooooooooooooooooooooth.

I am also considering those tires (the Nero Zeros). What kind of conditions will you be driving them in? How do they feel after a week of break-in?
