Need new Tires for 06 STI. Throw me some suggestions

I managed to squeeze 23,000 out of the stock RE070's and now need new tires.

Things to keep in mind:
  • Performance is not the top priority for me as I use my car for daily driving, BUT don't want to lose traction in 1st/2nd in dry weather.
  • It rains a lot in Florida :|

Pros for me include tread life, comfort/noise, and price.

Cons about TireRack include that they don't have an $80 off savings for Falkens and have expensive shipping.

TireRack has a warehouse in Midway, GA & shipping to FL is about $50 for a set (4) of 225/45-17. You'll receive the tires pretty much the next day if you order by 2 pm or so.

I believe the $80 rebate for Falken is ONLY applied to Azenis RT-615 which is known for not so good on wet... it also wears out FAST & gets very NOISY.

I'd consider Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 or Sumitomo HTR Z III... they both seem to have pretty good reviews.
