i know there is alot of previous topics on tires sizes for 05 sti but if there is anyone that can give me some input i would appreciate it.
1st off i have a set of volk ce28n 17x8.5 with a 50mm offset
2nd tire sizes. i want to put the new falken rt615 on it but my ?? is what tire size should i go with the 245-45-17 or 255-40-17 i have a 05 sti so i know the fenders are wider. but i am a little concernd about rubbing (also car is on s tech springs) (looking to get jic or tein coilover ) but i am a little concernd on how the 255-40-17 will look with the 40 series tire will it look to rubberbandy... sorry if these ? have been asked already but ive been searching.

If you're set on running 615s, you should wait a while and get 235/40R17 when they come into production in a month or two.
