They are good tires if you use them for their intended purpose.

I've driven cars with the KDW version 1s and the KDW version 2s. I love them both. Loads of grip while having a 300 treadwear life.

Although I have not ridden on them, I have heard on the downside that they have soft sidewalls if you are tracking or autocrossing them, also the KDW2's tread design does not eject water as effiecently as the KDW1's. On the upside they have gotten great ratings and come Stock on SRT-4's.

I had them and they didn't last one track day. Running them at full depth at the track is not recommended unless you know how to handle them. Meaning that you must run the right pressure, check tire temps, and do some heat cycling. Otherwise they get hot really fast and start to come appart.

This happend to me and I ended up taking the tires back to the dealer and getting them replaced with KD's, but I had to up the size to 225/45 and get my fenders rolled in the rear since I have the wagon. 1st track day on the KD's was great! No complaints.

This is just my experiance and that is it. The tires were fine for street. I think I may have just heated the tires up to quickly and possible had the wrong tire pressure to promote a happy life.
