Tire Rack Customer Service

So I got my wheels/tires from tirerack a few weeks back, and get a vibration on the freeway from 65-80 in the steering wheel.

I emailed their C/S and they offered to reimburse me if I have them re-balanced... GREAT customer service by the way!!!....

So what is the chance that their mis-balanced, or could the ****e plastic hubcentric rings be the problem? These are the cheapo Sport Edition D5 wheels with Kuhmo ASX All seasons.

Does tirerack sell metal hubcentric rings????
