Yeah, so I split both right-side rims the other week after hitting a pot-hole and I need two new rims...However, since the two that remain un-split worry me, i would actually prefer to have 4 new rims...but i don't want to pay $300/ea. from the dealership...

Just get some aftermarket 17's...probably end up being cheaper than goin to the stealership and gettin a set of OEM's. i suggest some rotas from subydude.

 

Just while I was considering new 17" wheels and tires, I was thinking about what I was going to do with my old rims! I have a MY2002 WRX with 16" OEM wheels, if you're interested.

 

I have a set of motegi ff5 17" rims w/ wanli s1099 tires 225-45/17's believe they are 42mm offset, and 100mm 4 or 5 lug. my car is a 99rs and they rub some, Not willing to modify my wheel wells to get them to fit right. think they will fit wrx fine. $1200 list for the package, would like to get 600 but willing to take 500 (plus shipping) if you are in newengland I could meet you halfway or something. judging by your name I don't think you are. I can get pictures of them if you would like, but otherwise you can google search for them and check them out. considered putting them on ebay, so if anyone is interested let me know. but they would definately be in the price range and I think they look sweet, just dissapointed in the rubbin.

Forgot to mention that 1 tire has some rubber taken off due to the rubs, but the other 3 are fine, that is why I was willing to take $500
