HELP!!! how to fix a wheel?
i was avoiding some idiot on the ice and lightly hit a curb its a very small ding on my rim. i herd that you can get it fixed some how is this true. is it ok it fix it or would i be better off getting a new one? and how much does it cost??

What kind of rims do you have? Yes some wheel shops and some manufacturers will do repairs for you on your rims. You might have to call let your fingers do the walking to find someone in your area. Also, you might be able to send your rim into the manufacturers, but that might take forever for them to return it and you will be running 3 rims.

Start with your local yellow pages..... I know that around Boston, there are at least 10 places that repair wheels. All reports that I've ever had were that they all do amazing work and the wheel looks better than new when done. Prices may vary depending on what needs to be done, but $100 seems about average for a fixing/straightening and refinishing. With your lower cost of living....maybe $75 in Dallas.
