Anyone had any exposure to the Exel brand of rims out there? I want a cheap (not crappy) set of rims for summer (live in new england, nasty winters and all). Are Exel rims powder coated? Are they painted? What is a good middle-of-the-road brand/size of tire for that size rim (17x7)? I drive aggressively, mostly on street paving (blacktop and concrete) and would like some good traction. Also live in boston (holy pothole, batman!) so I need good sidewall strength to protect my mediocre investment in rims.

Going on a 2004 WRX sedan. Should I get opt for the 17x7.5? Will it fit? What are the lug sizes and what is the offset I need?
