do the wrx wheels work on the sti?

do the wrx wheels work on the sti?
i wanted to get wheels that i can drive like shttt on and save my gold babies for normal driving. i heard that the sti 04 calipers will not clear the stock wrx wheels. does anyone know for sure?

Definitely not, the STi wheels barely clear the calipers.

17" BBS WRX optional wheel fit?
I have the 17" optional WRX BBS wheels, will they fit over the calipers on my STI? Thanks

No - Just not designed to clear those calipers.

Just wondering... Why would you want to put the 16 inche stock WRX wheels on the STI? Just keep in mind when looking for other rims that the size is able to clear the calipers though and I dont think any 16 inchers can.
