Car Info: MkIII MR2, s14, 94 mx5, 99 mx5. The beauty of rwd.
I used to run them for a while. They're nice and grippy tires, good for auto-x and street. They have good wet and dry maners as well as stiff sidewalls. Decent breakaway habits and no big suprises like some other tires.

Oh yeah, they did okay at track events, but don't take well to overheating. If you're tracking them, when they terminally overheat, they tend to chunk. So if you're using them on a track day, and they start to feel greasy because they're getting too hot, back off and save yourself some grief.

RE730s will last you a long time. the tire compound is harder than most tires on the market. Do not attempt to use them in snow, they will harden like a rock.

The RE730s are like the most highly recommended tire for threadwear and grip. It works great in the wet and dry.
