Is anyone running Gram Lights 57c wheels in 17x7.5 with a big brake upgrade? If so, what kit? Cost?

Also, is there any kits that fit under stock WRX wheels? What about other 16" wheels (to use for winter driving) that are relatively inexpensive? I would consider spending the extra money for a 2nd set of wheels for winter if it meant I could keep the brake kit on year round.
