Anyone have info on Wanli tires?
I see them at great prices($68) for 245/45zr17. Are they any good? I got my Rota Tarmac 17 x7.5($450 shipped at subbydude) coming in on friday. If you have any info on good tires for a good price let me know. I live in southern Cali so I do'nt need snow tires. Being quiet is a plus. Thanks

I don't know too much about Wanli tires other than I wouldn't trust my car and potentially my life on them. Mainland Chinese tires for cheap make me nervous; I wouldn't get them (BTW I myself am Chinese so I'm not being racist, just honest
)
I suggest that if you spend big money anywhere on your car, it should be on your tires since they're the only thing making contact to the road. However, if you're looking for relibale yet economical performance tires, consider the Falken FK451 or the Yokohama Advan AVS ES100. I wouldn't advise you getting any of the Korean brand tires either -- they seem to be very inconsistent in there quality (eg Kumho, Nankang, Hankook, etc.)
