18's on a wagon?

Before I continue I'm sorry for adding this thread to the 82348278 other ones just like it, but I sill have a question. With all my thread research I'm still wondering what the consensus is for 18'' rims on a wagon. I drive an almost completely stock 2005 wagon and I'm considering purchasing Forged Volk CE28n Rims (18" x 8.5" 44 offset) wrapped with Falken FK451 235/40/18 tires. Is this crazy? Thanks guys

Thumbs up

I'm running 235/40/18 tires on my Advan Siennas with no issues. This is also with Sti Wagon Pinks.

offset is way too low for a wagon and width it too wide

some people have ran 8's. but thats only with rolled fenders

the wheels you are describing wont fit without rolled fenders, and they probably wont even fit with rolled fenders
