I need to get a set of snow tires and wheels for my '06 WRX. Has anyone run the five (10?) spoke 16 inch wheels from previous WRX models on their '06 WRX? Or is it not even worth trying to get a 16 inch wheel over my brakes? I have the stock brake calipers.

Those wheels will not clear your brakes.

 

98-01 impreza 2.5rs wheels, will clear the 06-07wrx brakes.

 

The wheels and snow tires you pm'd me about clear Subaru 4/2 pot brakes. I have the same brakes as you on my Bugeye. Which is why I got those wheels.

 

Thanks a lot for the fast responses. It's been 4 years of me trying to get my act together to actually get snow tires, but this just might be the season!
