Hey guys I am looking for some tires for my 1999 Forester S that I can use for white out conditions but also can drive around dry Sonoma County roads without harm to them.

I have found Firestone winterforce tires for $78 each which seems like a killer deal but has anyone experienced them more than snow conditions... ie what is the longevity of them on dry roads...

Or what's a tire you use that's great for snow rain and dry summer days?

Lots of really usefull info, I would go with the conti DWS, I'm running those and have been in snow and ice with white out conditions!! best winter/all season tire if you ask me!

 

I should probably also add I really want some tires that have the ability to hit some mud/offroad conditions. As you can imagine this forester is going up in height, not down.

 

The WinterForce tire will wear very rapidly when used in temps above 50 degrees as they are winter/snow tires.
