14 inch impreza wheels on a 2001 legacy gt

Nope, I believe that the 2001 Legacy's have the same brake setup as WRX in the front with the 11.4inch rotors. Basically, you can only run 16's or larger. If you want, you can down size your front rotors to accomodate 15's by getting the brake setup from a 2.5RS owner that has the older body style.

Over the stock calipers? I do not think it is possible. Because, I think that the distance between the caliper and wheel is really close.
