I'd like someone's Subaru logo badge (the one with the stars) from the trunk of a 2006 Impreza RS/WRX/STi.

I just found out that the 2006 Impreza's have studs in the emblem...

In that case, I'm looking for a 2006 Legacy badge because those don't have the studs.

 

Just go buy one at a Subie dealer. Won't be many people taking those off... there are two alignment pins (i.e. holes when you remove). Just buy thr OEM part cut off the alignment pins with SHARP razor knife and stick on. It already has the paper covered stick tape ready to rock.

Is that the one with the studs or without the studs? Also, does the emblem at the dealer come with adhesive tape?

 

This is the 2006 OEM wagon specific rear badge (the sedan has a diffrent slope). This is WITH the pins, but I cut them off and YES it has the tape already on it. You get ONE chance to get it level and in the center. Take your time. It sticks like you wouldn't believe!!!

 

I got one of the sedan ones, shaved off the pins but it looks like the sticky is resessed. Is there a raised area on the new cars or does it just fit real close?

I put 06 lights on my 05 and I thought with this it would look kinda cool next to my 06 Forester (I know .......)

The piece is pretty cheap - so just go order one
