Anyone have a gas tank from a '02 WRX that's not busted?

Or does anyone know how to replace the little studs that the pump/sending unit bolts onto?

Also, has anyone replaced, or had to drop and reinstall, their gas tank?
Anyone know how much to torque the fuel sending unit/pump nuts to?
