i was going to do the same thing. but through the experience of my friend who is a vendor, i decided against them. he told me that jic-usa was a big pain in the butt. and i don't if it's true but he told me that their exhausts are made in taiwan. that really threw me off. so i went with the new magnaflow ti system, can't praise it enough. the construction,volume,no resonator,comes with a silencer, and the customer service was great

 

i don't agree dreamworx. i believe fujitsubo to be the best ti system money can buy, i just don't feel like dealing with all the other jdm bits associated with install. and i think the magnaflow is better than the jic because it was actually designed for the sti. where as the jic was designed for the wrx or jdm sti, not the 2.5L. some people are also saying because of the similarities between the two that they are the same, i can't prove or disprove. the price is the same for with/without resonator i think $1260 total. and i think the jic will actually be cheaper after shipping and taxes
