Here is a video of out track time at thunderhill earlier this year. The GTi has a fair ammount of mods but only a chip and intake for power. The STi has 260whp/300wlbstq (gruppe-s dyno), alk, sways, and -1 camber all around alignment.
Group 2 NASA day.
At the end of the straight the STi would hit about 120-125mph.
At the end of the straight the GTi would hit about 110mph.

I suggest everyone take their car to the track and do a NASA event....they are quiet fun 
I had a TBE and up-pipe when I did Laguna Seca but was untuned so I only hit about 90 on the front straight....4EAT too
