Remember 30 years ago you could get on an airplane with out going through a magnetometer. 747's had a bar on the upper level. Formula 1 still ran the entire Nurnbergring. Every year a couple thousand people raced from Barstow CA to Las Vegas Nev. across the desert. Some of them across archeological wonders and destroying them in the process. NB Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. And don't forget Brock Yates' "Canonball Baker Sea to Shining Sea Memorial Dash." He advertised it in and it was "sponsored" by Car and Driver.

Thats nuts...Has anyone seen that vid of the guy in the porsche I forgot where it was but he gets pulled over and just bounces on the cop. it a great vid with some crazy camera angles.
