sigh...so i doubt that any of this will change your mind but you asked, so i will point a few things out.
the cartoon singles out mexicans. how many cartoons do you know of that make fun of illegal immigration from canada? or for that matter, the phillipines, china, eastern europe, india, haiti, etc. the fact of the matter is that when you say "illegal immigrant." you are only thinking of a "mexican." you have a pre-conceived notion...i.e. prejudice...
so you might be saying that mexicans make up the most illegal immigration, so it is based on the largest numbers right? well lets talk numbers. the cartoon claims that mexicans will come here unemployed, and get on welfare. this is largely the exception and not the rule. according to the most current census data, whites have the highest numbers of people unemployed AND on welfare in this country.
but mexicans are still coming into the country illegaly you say? well how can a person be an immigrant to their native continent? if you still want to recognize them as illegal then you also need to recognize that reason any other race is in this continent today is through immigration, wether voluntary or involuntary (african slavery). most of which would qualify today as "illegal."
we have in this country historical amnesia and we apparently don't remember, much less put into context, anything that happened more than a month ago. if you knew your history, checked your facts and not just swallow the current flavor of media bias, then you might begin to get the picture.
and btw, just living in berkeley does not give you warrant to judge anyone you don't know from there. doing so would mean you are "pre-judging" them based only on where they are staying. and i don't think i need to go into an english lesson about word roots and how that applies to your statement.

The video never claimed that all illegal aliens are Mexican.
The video never claimed that Mexicans coming here illegally are unemployed or are on welfare.
You made that connection.
Having spent many a night in various Irish-themed pubs in San Francisco, I know plenty of illegal Irish immigrants.
And yes, there are more whites that are on various forms of welfare, because, get ready...there are more whites in the US!!!
It may have been their native continent, but the US fought a war & Spain sold to the US the territories that make up parts of California, Arizona, New Mexico, etc.
So it's ours now.
